I am not a web design professional, but I have been designing my own web sites/pages since I was 16. I made up this portion of my site just so people who need help with HTML and other related things know they can e-mail me with any questions.
Now especially, there are programs that make web design so much easier that what it ever used to be, still to have the most control the only way is by writing your own code.
